What it does
Establishes a Cargo Theft Task Force under the Attorney General and defines cargo theft broadly enough to include freight taken through fraud, deception, misrepresentation or identity manipulation from trucks, trailers, railcars, intermodal containers, warehouses, freight facilities and distribution centers.
