FMCSA's Deputy Administrator adopted a hearing officer's report in the case of PB&J Transport LLC on Oct. 30, 2026, making a settlement agreement the final agency order and closing docket FMCSA-2024-0241, the order said.

The same day, FMCSA issued procedural orders in three appeals of rejected operating authority applications: Wealthy Man Travelers LLC, Robinson Transports LLC, and Unlimited Construction 2 LLC. Each order directs FMCSA's Office of Registration to respond within 20 days of service, including the evidence behind its rejection and its findings under 49 U.S.C. § 13902(a). The applicants then have 15 days after that response to reply, the orders said.

FMCSA also referred TM Transport USA LLC to binding arbitration after the carrier admitted violations tied to a $6,490 proposed penalty. The Notice of Claim alleged the carrier let a driver operate without a valid CDL and failed to preserve driver duty-status records for six months, according to the order. The parties will jointly select an arbitrator; the resulting award is binding, with appeals limited to fraud or misconduct in the proceedings.
